Fresh, delicious, and spicy are some of the words that best describe Tunisian cuisine. Food from the country is versatile as well as rich in flavors and herbs, placing it on most foreigners’ list of favorite cuisines.

I was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Tunisia, 1978-1980. I’m just now checking out Carthage Magazine. I did a large Archaeological Mural in 1979 for the Tunisian Archaeological Museum in Carthage, sponsored by UNESCO. I was very pleased to see a Tunisia oriented magazine. Thank you. Steve Allard
