United Leaders is an initiative that empowers youth in Tunisia. It’s a youth-led organization that aims at empowering youth, improving access to opportunities and peacebuilding through the use of digital tools and the internet in general.
The initiative is led by a group of young people, Elyess Riahi, Nada Marzouk, Amal Ben Aissa, Marwa Lahdheb and Bechir Ouji who wanted to address the lack of support and coaching for Tunisian youth especially when it comes to personal and professional development through digital tools.
United Leaders — Main Mission
The organization’s main focus is to work with youth, underprivileged groups, and individuals that are in vulnerable communities. It aims to empower youth and help them acquire relevant skills as well as the ability to independently seek better opportunities by conducting capacity building programs.

Therefore United Leaders focuses on personal and professional development through capacity building programs and community-driven solutions by mobilizing digital channels to impact the target audience. “. Innovative Projects Supported by United Leaders
United Leaders current project entitled “Go Digital“. It consists of providing training to students in different universities across Tunisia during which they will develop digital skills related to employability.
Participants will learn more about the role of the internet in developing their skills and will be introduced to different platforms to help them further develop these skills. Furthermore, they will learn different job-hunting techniques that will enable them to find opportunities online.
