Tunisia Central Bank Cuts Key Rate by 50 bps to 7.5%

The Central Bank of Tunisia has decided to reduce its key interest rate (TMM) by 50 basis points to 7.5%, following the meeting of its Board of Directors on Wednesday, March 26.

The BCT specified that this decision will come into effect starting tomorrow, March 27. On another note, the board has lowered the minimum interest rate on savings to 6.5%.
