Whenever you hear the words “Fashion Figure”, the first thing that pops into your head would be probably a designer or a model’s name. But in fashion, there are more than designers and models; for instance: Stylists.

The job of a stylist is as important as the previously mentioned occupations, but not as celebrated or recognized. In this article, we are going to dive into the world of the exceptional Tunisian stylist Emna Hussein, so if you are interested to know more about it or you aspire to become a stylist, you have come to the right article!

Who Is Emna Hussein?

Emna is a 34-year-old happy wife of an Italian man and a proud mother of the four-month-old baby Angelina.
Emna has never thought she would one day start her own brand, but once she knew she was pregnant, she decided to pursue her dream: To become a stylist.

Emna graduated from IHEC Carthage university and obtained her MA degree from Paris-Dauphine University. After nine years of experience in digital marketing between Paris and Tunis with brands like Clayton’s, Azzaro, Clarins, Chanel, Thierry Mugler, Swarovski,… and establishments like radio IFM and Wall Street English, she quit her job because she was not happy.

Since she was head of the marketing department for IFM for 3 years, she met designer Salah Barka and they became friends after working together. He always encouraged her to study fashion and create her own project. At that time, she was accepted in Afkar, which is a Tunisian project incubator, and it was then when she found the perfect opportunity to enter the world of entrepreneurship.

What Is Emna Hussein?

Although it had the opportunity to open in Milan, Emna Hussein chose Tunis as its home, and it shows in the brand’s aesthetic, as it mixes between traditional and sophisticated styles. The brand offers an exclusive collection with products ready to wear, available in unique pieces. The principle: to be unique.

Graduated from Convergence private fashion school, and certified as an Image Coach from IFDM, Emna Hussein has what it takes to take fashion in Tunisia forwards, especially that she is digitally oriented, which is the staple of the future!

Emna Hussein is also client-oriented and puts the customer’s satisfaction above everything else. Not to mention that the brand is currently the first and the only brand to offer clothing customization in the market and takes upon itself to offer the best options for women of all shapes and colors; as she puts it in her own words:

For me, we are all beautiful. We need to accept ourselves and to highlight our bodies and not to follow the trends without knowing our bodies and what can highlight our faces in terms of color.

This inclusivity sure is empowering as Emna Hussein herself is a strong woman who managed to juggle between raising a newborn baby and staring her dream career instead of settling for her already prominent one in digital marketing. An idol indeed.

And so ends our article! Emna Hussein has plenty of surprises coming up and we can not wait to see more both on the personal and the professional level. There is nothing more inspiring than a strong woman helping other women realize their true beauty and reach the best versions of themselves through fashion!
