The Best Salad in the World

Hundreds of food professionals around the world have come to the conclusion that the Salad Mechouia, also referred to as Slata Mechouia, is the world’s best Salad.

The Salad Mechouia is one of the most popular Tunisian salads. It is made with simple ingredients such as grilled coarsely chopped onions, peppers, tomatoes, and garlic, drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with caraway, salt, and black pepper. The salad is then typically garnished with hard-boiled eggs, olives, or tuna.
