The Court of Appeal of the Financial Center of Tunis has decided to release the journalist, Director of Mosaïque FM, Noureddine boutar on bail of one million dinars. He was also banned from traveling.

Boutar was arrested on the night of February 13, 2023, by a security brigade following a search of his home. The agents did not disclose the reason for the search. Even though the search turned up no evidence to justify his arrest, he was taken to the headquarters of the El Gorjani security forces in the Tunisian capital without a detention permit and without being charged.
