Nothing prepared us for the taste of Lily’s splendid Gnaouia-Gambos, from a woman who learned the secrets of Tunisian cuisine from her mother.

A taste and flavors that can not be found anywhere else. A true conservatory of the Tunisian Jewish cuisine. For years now, Lily-Simha Fitoussi-Krief has been sharing some of the most popular and delicious Tunisian-Jewish dishes. She offers her recipes with nostalgic variations and strongly rooted in the local culinary heritage.
